Cancellation Policy & Cancellation (Withdrawal) Form

Consumers residing in the EU have the right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person for whom the legal transaction does not form part of the operation of his or her business.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time of conclusion of the contract, do not belong to a Member State of the European Union and whose sole residence at the time of conclusion of the contract is outside the European Union, provided that the law of the country in which the consumer has his habitual residence does not provide for a right of withdrawal.

Withdrawal right

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days and, in the case of services such as those we offer, begins fourteen days from the day on which the contract is concluded.

with an unequivocal declaration (e. g. a letter sent by mail or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the sample withdrawal form below for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it will suffice to send the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period. In the case of a service such as this, however, the consequence is that our service cannot begin until 14 days after the conclusion of the contract.

This also applies in principle to the download of digital content. However, this would have the consequence that the digital contents could always only be made available after 14 days. 

It is therefore possible under the law for digital content to make an exception to the right of withdrawal if the consumer waives this right. Please note: The works are immediately available for download, but you waive your right of withdrawal.

You do not have the right of withdrawal if Anna Simone Frohmann, BA makes the works available to you for download before the end of the withdrawal period – with your expressed consent, together with your acknowledgement of the loss of the right of withdrawal in the event of premature commencement of the performance of the contract, and after providing you with a confirmation of the concluded contract by e-mail containing the statutory information.

Consent and acknowledgement

By placing the order, you therefore expressly agree and acknowledge that the digital content ordered will be made available before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period. You expressly agree that in this case there is no longer a right of withdrawal and expressly acknowledge the loss of the right of withdrawal.
